
All meals prepared by our resident chef, Camilla. Classically trained and a 26 year veteran of European, Australasian, and United States boutique restaurants and luxury hotels, most recently the owner of The Sydney Cooking School before deciding to escape the rat race and live on a mountain at the bottom of the world.
